In June 2018, the MFN organised it’s 24th annual conference in Amsterdam focused on “Leading Transformation in a Dynamic Financial Inclusion Landscape“. The conference was an exceptional one for the dynamic discussions, especially surrounding the political and regulatory contexts that affect the work of microfinance institutions. Our guest speaker, Greta Bull, CEO of CGAP, gave an insightful presentation and participated in a discussion on the changing landscape of financial inclusion and how there is much to consider for the leaders of these institutions as we step into 2019.
To encapsulate the insights from the deep discussions during the 3-day long conference, the MFN have comprehensively captured it all in a report along with short case studies on a selected few of MFN member institutions.
